Main Points

Workshop 4 - Cash Flow, Forecasting and Debt Management

Cash is king and is the lifeblood for any business and is key to survival and growth.

This half day event will cover tips to improve cash flow within a business from managing debtor terms to taking control of stock. It will also provide an overview of how to put together a realistic financial forecast, a ‘must have’ for any successful negotiation with banks.

This session will specifically addresses issues around financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, margin, cost control, breakeven, financial reporting and access to finance.
