These free workshops have been tailored to help real businesses prepare for the upturn and strengthen for long term survival.

Workshop 2 – Social media and making the most of your website

With the trading environment ever rapidly changing, this event is designed to provide businesses with the skills to compete in an eBusiness trading space.

This half-day workshop looking at social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and how businesses can use these platforms to broaden their reach to customers as well as improve their online visibility.

The session will also cover top tips on making the most of a website. A business website is their shop window for potential customers. It is incredibly important to ensure that the website is attractive to those that view it and is an effective channel to publicise the business and generate sales.
