Coaching for High Growth Application – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in becoming a coach on Coaching for High Growth.
Coaching for High Growth is part of the Government’s “Solutions for Business” portfolio of business support products. Funded by emda and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the East Midlands, the objective of Coaching for High Growth is to increase the stock of strongly growing businesses in the region.
Coaches who wish to be considered for Coaching for High Growth must complete the application process.
Before doing so, we require all prospective coaches to read the Guidance Notes.
The purpose of these Guidance Notes is to guide those who wish to become coaches on Coaching for High Growth by providing details of:

- What is meant by coaching on this programme
- The ‘model’ coaching background
- What coaches on Coaching for High Growth are expected to do
- How to join the Coaching Pool
- How coaches are matched to clients

I agree to the information provided within this Application being used for the purposes outlined below.
The organisation delivering Coaching for High Growth will use the register to identify coaches that can deliver the required support to client businesses.
The Coaching for High Growth programme team may use the information to communicate with coaches about programme developments, relevant events or other initiatives and new opportunities if appropriate, as well as for market research and evaluation purposes. The register may also be used by regional development agencies in other English regions and other partner organisations to EMDA.
The information held within the register will be made available to registered providers and other users as specified above through password enabled web access.
Declaration
I/ we certify that I/we have read the Guidance Notes.
I/ we certify that the information given in this application including ‘Areas of Expertise’ and ‘Industry Sector’ experience is correct.
I/ we accept and undertake to comply with the requirements for approval to the register as described in the application process.
I/ we understand that any expertise or advice offered to an organisation and subsequently used by the organisation shall not incur emda or Pera Innovation Limited as an organisation or as individuals, in any liability or legal responsibility, whether such expertise or advice is accepted, implemented or rejected by the organisation.
I/ we understand that the Coaching for High Growth programme team can give no guarantees that coaches will be matched with clients.
I/ we authorise the Coaching for High Growth programme team to copy the information in this document for potential customers, as and when necessary.
I/ we accept that the Coaching for High Growth programme team will have the right to make the final decision about approval of individuals to the register.
I/ we understand that should I/ we be approved onto the register, I/ we will disclose to East Midlands Brokerage Service and to the customer any personal or financial interest or other significant circumstances which might in any way influence an assignment accepted through the programme.
I/we confirm that I/we have Professional Indemnity Insurance of at least £250,000 and this will remain in place for the duration of my/our involvement with Coaching for High Growth. I/we understand that if we do not have Professional Indemnity Insurance then I/we cannot be matched with clients.
I/we understand that acceptance onto the Coaching for High Growth register does not imply quality assurance by emda, and that I/we understand that we may not use the emda logo or Solutions for Business logo on letterheads, marketing materials, web sites etc or imply that emda has quality assured me/us.
